Deliberate falsification of expenses is fraud. You would be committing a criminal offence and be risking a criminal prosecution.
It is also a breach of trust and confidence and would, therefore probably (for example, in the absence of mitigating circumstances), justify summary dismissal by the employer. Of course, the employer must still follow its own procedure (assuming it is fair and reasonable) when dismissing someone.
