What payment am I entitled to on termination of employment?

Normally you would be entitled to full pay up to the effective date of termination and any accrued holiday pay, overtime, and commission or bonus depending on the terms of the organisation's scheme. In addition, where your job is redundant and you have sufficient service, you will be entitled to a redundancy payment.

Deductions from your final payment may be made where there has been an overpayment, for example of holiday entitlement.

If you are on sick leave, even if you are not receiving full pay, you will be entitled to full pay during any statutory notice period.
