If you return to work after a period of ordinary paternity leave and have taken no other leave, or you have taken paternity leave followed by annual leave or other statutory leave, then you are entitled to benefit from the same terms and conditions as if you had not been away – except for those terms and conditions relating to remuneration (i.e. wages, salary).
