What happens to my contract of employment when my employer's business has been the subject of a share take-over?

A transfer of share ownership is not a relevant transfer of an undertaking under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981 (commonly called TUPE). You are still employed by the same employer and your contract of employment continues in the normal way.
