Failure to pay wages for work done counts, in law, as an unauthorised deduction from wages. If the matter cannot be resolved you are entitled to make a claim to an employment tribunal within 3 months of the failure to pay. If the situation continues, you will need to lodge multiple claims at least every 3 months to cover subsequent losses.
