I am currently subject to collective bargaining, but have been offered an individual contract of employment. What should I do?

This is a case where the terms of a collective agreement, in other words the outcome of collective bargaining, are incorporated into your contract of employment. As with all terms of a contract the collective agreement cannot lawfully be varied without further agreement. This is so even if the collective agreement itself has been terminated.
