If you are facing sexual or racial harassment as part of bullying, or discrimination linked to a disability, you may also be able to take a case under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, the Race Relations Act 1976 or the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. For guidance on tackling discrimination and unlawful harassment, you may need to contact your union rep (if available), a Citizens' Advice Bureau (CAB), local law centre or a solicitor.
