Yes. The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 covers a wide range of drugs and makes production, supply and possession of these drugs unlawful except where they have been prescribed by a doctor. It is also an offence under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 for an employer to permit production, supply or taking controlled drugs at work.
Employers also have general duties to protect workers' health and safety under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, and to conduct risk assessments under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
