I am a pilot and I am pregnant. Is my baby at risk from cosmic radiation?
Pilots and cabin crew should tell their employers as soon as they discover they are pregnant. The airline must then limit occupational exposure to cosmic radiation so that the dose to the foetus is less 1 mSv during the remainder of the pregnancy.
