Green tip 8: Cut the rubbish!

Recycling is great, but reducing waste and re-using is even better.

Print on both sides of paper, re-use envelopes, and think about ways of reducing other waste that is generated in your workplace. If you use plastic or paper cups for your water cooler, make sure to reuse them rather than taking a new one every time, or bring in a mug instead.

Landfill waste creates greenhouse gases that contribute to climate change, so anything we can do to reduce it is really positive.
